Access to the villa is via a picturesque rural path leading to the car park and main entrance. Upon entering, an elegant stone arch leads to the spacious living-dining room. From here, patio doors open to a covered terrace and the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary comforts for a holiday where homemade cooking can be enjoyed, and also includes a practical utility room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The villa has 4 cosy bedrooms, all with air conditioning and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. Additionally, there are two additional bathrooms: one near the kitchen and another in the corridor connecting the bedrooms.
The gardens of Villa Tatoli are a true oasis, with extensive lawn areas, palm trees, and a traditional Mallorcan stone barbecue with a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals. Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
