Set in the countryside with open views towards the mountains of the Formentor Peninsula whilst ideally located between, Port de Pollensa, Old Town Pollensa and Alcudia providing easy access (5/10 minutes by car) to all three resorts and the fantastic sandy beaches on the east coast. The house is single-storey, compact yet very comfortable and comprises an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen which is traditional in style with a beamed ceiling, tiled floors and white-washed walls. An attractive corner fireplace and quality soft furnishings make the lounge particularly cosy and the kitchen is well equipped with a modern, stainless steel cooker and a traditional stone sink. Mallorcan fabrics make the two air-conditioned twin bedrooms especially pretty and the villa has a full bathroom. Outside, a vine-covered trellis shades the barbecue area on the terrace and well-tended flower beds add splashes of colour to the attractive pool area whilst a small orchard of pear trees completes the garden of this charming little house.
