The interiors are comfortable, well furnished and comprise a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a full bathroom, a good size lounge dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and an American-style fitted kitchen with a gas top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. The thick stone walls provide a cool ambience and there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The villa is reached via a drive through the pine woodlands to a private well-kept garden with a lawn that surrounds the swimming pool with Roman steps. There are furnished sun terraces, a built-in barbecue and two areas, including a covered garden patio for al fresco dining.
