Beautiful attached house with private garden, located in the residential complex El Far, only 1 km from the beach of Llafranc and 3 kms from the beautiful coves of Calella de Palafrugell and Tamariu
The complex has a large communal area with garden and a fantastic swimming pool with beautiful sea views. It is located in a quiet and privileged place, very close to the famous viewpoint of El Far where you will be able to admire the wonderful views of the whole coast.
The house has a surface of 200 m2 distributed in three floors.
The lower level consists of a living room and a dining room with exit to a pleasant garden with porch, ideal to spend moments enjoying the summer.
The entrance to the house is on the first floor, wher we find a master bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with toilets, and a bedroom with a double bed (140) with a bathroom with shower and toilettes, both with access to a nice terrace.
On the upper level there is a large family room with a double queen size bed with access a large solarium overlooking the garden with a fantastic view on the sea.
It has also one bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with bathtub, opening on a patio on the same level as the stairs to the garage and the corridor leading to the laundry and the patio.
The house has an inside garage which communicates directly with the house, through some stairs.
