Modern villa with 3 bedrooms, bright interior, heated pool and wonderful views of the golf course. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level on the golf course Salobre Golf overlooking the golf course and the mountains. It is the perfect location, just a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.

The beautiful villa with large glass windows is bright and modern. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, access to the terrace and 1 bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, juicer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, air conditioning (hot / cold), unlimited internet access (WiFi), satellite TV and DVD player.
