The spacious holiday home “Cortijo El Refugio 1” is located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera and is the ideal accommodation for a family holiday. The beautiful property, which stretches over 2 floors (the 2nd floor is in the attic), the 1st floor consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine, a fireplace, a television and a highchair (upon request and subject to availability). Furthermore, the house boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast, a garden and a barbecue. There is also a pool, an outdoor shower and a padel court (upon request), which are shared with the residents of the other houses on the property. Please note that padel equipment is not provided. There are also hens in the communal area and children can enjoy collecting their eggs. There are roosters in the area, which can be heard from the property. In approximately 11 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Conil de la Frontera, which offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The closest supermarket is just a 9-minute walk away (650 m). Playa de Roche beach awaits your visit just an 11-minute drive away (7.2 km) where you can relax with a good book on the soft sand and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
2 parking spaces are available on the property in a shared car park. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. One pet is allowed if requested in advance. Childcare is available upon request and for an extra cost. Smoking is allowed. It is possible to book this house along with the other houses on the property (Cortijo El Refugio 2 and Cortijo El Refugio 3).
