Provided with free Wi-Fi and a geothermal cooling and heating system, La Romantica - Irene is located inside a complex with shared pool in the heart of Manerba del Garda, on the shores of the Lake Garda.
This charming accommodation welcomes guests onto its bright and spacious living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa-bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, a modern fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, juicer and toaster.
The living room overlooks the covered patio and the private garden, ideal for families with kids and groups of friends! The patio is equipped with a dining table with chairs for outdoor dinners and breakfasts and enjoy a moment of relax!
The bathroom with wash basin, bidet, WC and washing machine completes the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, one of the two double bedrooms overlooking the little balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
The third bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a closet. A bathroom with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC completes the first floor.
The environment is suitable for those who are seeking peace and quiet, while still remaining conveniently located to downtown and the lake.
* The Residence swimming pool, also equipped with a Jacuzzi, can be used from May 1 to September 30 with the following hours from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Mandatory use of swimming cap and compliance with the rules in the pool area.
*Pets are welcome upon request.

Golfing fans can reach the Garda Golf Country Club in 5 minutes by car whilst water fans can soak up the array of water sports and boat activities on the lake, as well as Gardaland (40 minutes), Parco Acquatico Caneva World (45 minutes).
Verona and its airport can also be reached in just 45 minutes by car. Lake Garda is home to beautiful villas and gardens, family fun parks, water sports and wind surfing activities, sailing clubs, luxury spas and family run vineyard.
